Spring 2023 Season is Coming!

The weather will soon warm up and that means spring soccer is right around the corner. For the first time this year, we will be using a digital registration form! Complete one form per player (click here to register!).

First Practice:
April 22nd from 9:30-11:00 AM

Exciting news!

On April 22nd, each Millennium Soccer Club site will be visited by Forward Madison coaches and players to help kick off both of our seasons!

What to bring on the first day:

  • Your Millennium Soccer Club jersey, shorts, and socks, if you have them. If you need new sizes, please let us know when you register and we will have them ready for you!

  • Other weather appropriate clothing. We will be outside the whole time!

  • Water Bottle

  • A friend! We are always excited to have more players join us and can register anyone in person at practice.

Payments can be made in a few different ways, just select the option that works best for you when you register.
