School-Year Program

Offered each fall and spring for six weeks on Saturday mornings at the sites listed below.

Registration

Those children who attend one of the schools listed below can obtain Millennium registration material at their school:

Madison schools: Chavez, Crestwood, Glenn Stephens, Huegel, Leopold, Lincoln, Midvale, Thoreau

Verona schools: Glacier Edge, Sugar Creek

Parents are welcome to register their child on-site at the neighborhood location that is most accessible for their family.  You should plan on arriving at the site 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the morning session.

Parents may also register their child by mail. To do so, you must download both the registration form (English and Spanish versions available) and the parent/athlete concussion information sheet (English and Spanish versions available). Both forms, along with the registration fee, should be sent to:

You should be sure to identify the site at which your child will be playing.

Registration fee:  $15

Summer Camps

Millennium offers 2 or 3 six-week camps each summer. The once-a-week sessions are usually held during the week in the late afternoon/early evening. To obtain information about which sites will be hosting a camp this summer, as well as the dates and times for the sessions at each camp, you should contact Tom Grogg at tgrogg@charter.net or (608) 469-8277.

The camp registration fee is $10.
